Quick Start Guide

Get your first VOISA AI agent running in under 10 minutes! This guide provides the fastest path to a working voice agent.

Prerequisites

  • VOISA AI account (Sign up here)
  • Modern web browser
  • 10 minutes of your time

Step 1: Login (30 seconds)

  1. Go to voisa.ai/admin
  2. Sign in with your credentials
  3. You're now in the dashboard

Step 2: Create Agent (2 minutes)

  1. Click "Agents" → "+ Create New Agent"
  2. Enter the essentials:
    Name: My First Assistant
    Description: Test voice agent
    Industry: [Your industry]
    
  3. Click "Next"

Step 3: Quick Voice Setup (1 minute)

  1. Select any voice (you can change later)
  2. Keep default settings:
    • Stability: 0.75
    • Speed: 1.0
  3. Click "Next"

Step 4: Basic Configuration (2 minutes)

  1. Greeting:

    "Hello! Welcome to [Your Business]. How can I help you today?"
    
  2. Quick System Prompt:

    You are a helpful assistant for [Business Name].
    We are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
    We offer [main service/product].
    Be friendly and professional.
    
  3. Model: Select Gemini 2.5 Flash (fastest)

Step 5: Add Essential Info (1 minute)

  1. Click "Knowledge Base" tab
  2. Click "Add Text"
  3. Paste this template:
    BUSINESS INFO:
    Name: [Your Business]
    Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
    Location: [Your Address]
    Phone: [Your Phone]
    Email: [Your Email]
    
    SERVICES:
    - [Service 1]
    - [Service 2]
    - [Service 3]
    
    FAQ:
    Q: What are your hours?
    A: We're open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
    
    Q: Where are you located?
    A: [Your address]
    

Step 6: Save & Test (1 minute)

  1. Click "Save as Draft"
  2. Click "Test Agent"
  3. Select "Chat Test"
  4. Try: "What are your hours?"

  • Check status is "Active"
  • Verify knowledge base has content

Responses too slow?

  • Switch to Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite
  • Reduce knowledge base size

Voice sounds robotic?

  • Adjust stability to 0.65
  • Try different voice
